Order delivery
We deliver our arrangements within the following areas:

Central Houston - $15 per delivery

Greater Houston Area - $20 per delivery

Around Houston - $25 per delivery. Around Houston covers Montgomery, Liberty, Chambers, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend and Waller counties.

The delivery charge will be determined by the zip code you enter at checkout.

Please contact us for a quote if you need a delivery outside these areas. We deliver every day Monday to Sunday Including major holidays. Deliveries typically take place between 10.00am - 5.30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a specific time.

Every Moment Houston offers local deliveries to you, your family, friends, and coworkers, anyone you want. Because each arrangement is personally hand delivered by our floral specialist, it's possible that the recipient may not be present during the attempted delivery. If you have any specific instructions for the delivery, be sure to include them into the "Special Delivery Instructions" field during check out.

Otherwise, the delivering florist may choose to:

  • Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time of your gift.
  • Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact us to schedule a convenient delivery time.
  • Leave the flower arrangement with a neighbor, and place a message on the recipient's door referring them to the neighbor who is holding their gift.
  • Return the arrangement back to a cool air conditioned area at our flower boutique until we can contact the recipient and schedule a re-delivery.
  • In most cases we will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.
We promise to deliver beautiful, fresh flowers that are full of life on the date that you specify.

Special arrangements

Please contact us in advance for any special arrangements.
Return Policy
Since our arrangements include fresh flowers, all sales are final. Please bear in mind that flowers are perishable and proper care is required.

  1. If the recipient has not received your order, we ask that you give us at least 24-48 hours to investigate the reasons. In many cases, the delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order. In such cases we will do our best to re-deliver the arrangement so that the recipient still receives it on the requested date.
  2. If an order is filled, delivered to the recipient and the recipient has questions about the quality of the arrangement, please contact us immediately. In most cases we will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours after the delivery. No refunds or replacements can be made for any order if the recipient didn't notify us about any issues within 24 hours after the original delivery date.
  3. Every Moment Houston reserves the right to reject any order which, in our opinion, contains incorrect information or is fraudulent. In such cases, we will attempt to contact the person making the order using the contact information provided.
  4. If you place an order and then decide to cancel it, it must be done no later than one day prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received on the date of delivery, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if you place an order with information that prevents delivery, such as incorrect shipping address. If you enter an incorrect shipping address with your order, please contact us immediately to correct it.
  5. We will not issue refunds in cases where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item.
  6. Every Moment Houston will not be not liable for incorrect quantities of ordered products. Please make sure you select the correct number of items you are ordering during the checkout process.

Flower Care
Avoid heat and direct sunlight

Instead, keep your flowers in a cooled, ideally air conditioned environment for longer lasting freshness. Roses are best kept away from windows.

Water & Food

Please do not remove the flowers from their box. The arrangement comes with enough water and food to last about a week. There is no need to change the water or cut stems. Boxes are designed to function as a vase for the entire life of the roses.
